Pricing questions, answered
What counts as a screening decision?
A screening decision is produced when Aibstracts evaluates one record against the active eligibility criteria. Reprocessing a record after materially changing those criteria counts as a new decision. Failures, automatic retries, and corrections caused by Aibstracts do not count.
What counts as a full-text paper?
One unit covers the initial AI analysis and applicable critical appraisal of one paper. Inspecting evidence, editing answers, adding reviewer judgments, applying overrides, and recalculating deterministic results do not use another unit. Deliberately generating a new assessment after materially changing the inputs does.
Do different appraisal methods cost different amounts?
No. RoB 2, ROBINS-I, and the other supported appraisal methods all draw on the same paper allowance.
Does project capacity expire?
No. Project capacity remains available until it is used. Your workspace, evidence, decisions, and outputs remain accessible afterward.
What happens if the review exceeds the included capacity?
You can add screening or full-text capacity to the same project. You do not need to upgrade, start another subscription, or divide the review into artificial projects.
Will Aibstracts charge me automatically?
No. Additional capacity requires confirmation unless your organization has explicitly enabled automatic replenishment with a spending limit.
Do you offer monthly subscriptions?
Review Projects are one-time purchases. Organization agreements are annual commitments and may support alternative invoicing schedules. We are not currently offering a cancel-anytime monthly plan.
Can a small team use the Review Project plan?
Yes. A Review Project includes up to three contributors, which makes it suitable for dual-reviewer workflows and adjudication. Organizations running evidence work across multiple projects should look at an annual agreement instead.
